Here we would like to present the most important foundations in which the partnership between and donor and the university will be based on; to ensure the highest transparency in dealings between the two parties, as follows

 

First: The body who wants to hold an educational partnership with can be an individual or institution.

Second: The (individual / institution) who wants to hold an educational partnership with the university should fill the registration application form.

Third: The application should be studied by the administration to give a decision.

Fourth: Upon approval of the application for registration as educational partner, an educational contract partnership between the (individual / institution) and the university will be signed.

Fifth:  After signing the educational partnership contract, the (individual /institution) will be enabled to obtain the username and the password of the educational partner’s gate on the University's website, so that he could do the following:

 

A. Access to the available academic programs and the tuition fees for each program.

B. Registration of new students under his sponsorship.  

C. Selection of students from the University for Sponsorship by providing tools needed for selecting students according to the sponsor’s desire and specification (such as nationality, Age,  Gender course ,the academic level , educational level).

D. Follow-up student fully in terms of (attendance, the academic level, the performance in activities and homework).

E.  Follow the financial situation of the student in terms of (the bills, payments, arrears).

F. Choose to sponsor a student or a number of students for one season and only one semester.

G. Choose a student or a number of students for a comprehensive sponsorship of all the fees of a degree program.

H. Choose a student or a number of students, according to the value determined in advance

I.To change the sponsored students after selection and before the final approval of the list by the university. The sponsor cannot change the students after the final approval from the university.

J. Be able after the end of each semester to do amendment on the list of students sponsored by deletion or addition of some students after studying their academic level.

 

The university pledges to provide the sponsor all information needed about the academic programs, fees, study regulation, attendance and examination information, and any necessary information required to increase the effectiveness of the educational partnership. The university also pledges to be committed to providing the necessary training, and the guide and instructions for efficient use of the university portal to achieve the highest benefit from its available services. The educational partner entitled to announce his official website on the university’s website. The university also entitled to announce its academic programs on the educational partner website.
